Upon placing your order you will receive an e-mail confirming your order details followed by a second email with your delivery schedule. For tractor mowers, we will confirm a suitable delivery day before shipping the product.

We do not currently ship to the European mainland or further afield.
How it Works
All products on our site are shown with usual delivery times stated in working days.
Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on the following Monday (or Tuesday if a bank holiday). We strive to provide accurate information on shipping, however, the delivery period advised either on the site, by email or verbally should be seen as a guide only and is ‘courier permitting’. Delivery to remote areas of Scotland, for example, may well take our couriers a day or two longer than advertised.
We will notify you as soon as possible of any anticipated delay in the shipment of your product and you may, of course, cancel your order at any time prior to dispatch should the wait prove unsatisfactory. For dispatched items our standard returns policy applies (see T&Cs).
Upon receipt of your goods please take care to examine them carefully before signing for the delivery as you are being asked by the courier to confirm not just receipt of the goods, but that they have been received in good condition. If you suspect that there may be damage to your consignment, suffered during transit, please make a note of this on the delivery slip when asked to sign. Failure to do this may impact on any claim you make as to the state of the goods with regards to damage or breakages after the delivery has taken place.

All tractors and ride-ons are delivered assembled, pre-delivery inspected, tested and tuned for optimum performance and come with detailed instructions.
They are also polished and cleaned and delivered on one of our purpose built pallets with a protective covering, to look after your investment. As standard!
