The Husqvarna LB 448i is a cordless mulching mower designed for full-time professional users for maintaining medium to large green spaces in the most demanding conditions. A reliable lawnmower with a 48cm mulching cutting deck that can manoeuvre around garden obstacles with ease. Being battery-operated means, it is quiet to operate so is ideal for use in noise-sensitive areas, and with low running costs and minimal maintenance too.
A robust aluminium cutting deck boasts a side bumper for protection when mowing next to walls. Double ball bearings in the wheels ensure smooth manoeuvring of the lawnmower for years to come. Featuring Husqvarna’s BioClip® mulching technology which finely shreds grass shards and returns them to the lawn which act as a natural fertiliser and helps to suppress weeds.
A lightweight body and a 2 step adjustable handle that can also be adjusted horizontally make it a comfortable mower to use, and an intuitive keypad facilitates an incredibly easy start and operation. Featuring Power Boost technology which makes it possible to cut uneven and high grass thanks to the automatic increase of blade speed. savE™ mode effortlessly allows you to work for maximum runtime or with maximum power, but even if you choose to operate in normal mode you’ll still get the same results.
Fulfilling the IPX4 classification for rain resistance it is acceptable to use the mower in all weather conditions, allowing the professional user to work for longer, as does the double battery slot for integral BLi batteries. The recommended BLi300 battery provides up to 45 minutes of mulching time on a single charge.
Please note this walk behind lawn mower comes without a battery and charger so if you require them, please order them at the same time. We recommend that you use a BLi300 battery which has high capacity for longer run times.
