High economy, high performance electrically-heated hot water high pressure cleaner with zero emissions. 24kW version featuring pre-heat chamber and 45°C continuous operating temperature at full pressure
The HDS-E 8/16-4 M 24kW electrically heated hot water pressure washer is designed for use in environments where exhaust fumes are prohibited. Thanks to the innovative, highly effective boiler insulation made from a special foam, the power consumption of the machine is drastically reduced in standby mode. This allows energy savings of up to 40% compared to previous models. The eco!efficiency mode automatically switches the machine into the particularly efficient cleaning temperature of 60°C, saving valuable resources. The especially hot operating temperature of max. 85°C is particularly advantageous on greasy and oily stains, and a temperature of up to 80°C can be maintained in continuous operation thanks to servo control. A high-speed heating chamber ensures a much shorter preheating time. This hot water pressure washer can be used wherever exhaust gases are undesired or even prohibited, e. g. in food processing plants, hospitals, large kitchens or industrial plants.

A reliable high-pressure pump which is protected by a robust plastic chassis and not more. The machine is intended for stationary use and can be mounted and operated both horizontally and vertically. The HDS 8/20 D hot water high-pressure cleaner has a powerful diesel engine with electro start, a robust and durable crankshaft pump and, last but not least, very efficient burner technology. These provide excellent cleaning results even in more difficult conditions, such as areas where there is no power supply. Ideal for applications in the construction sector, with the municipal authorities or for building service contractors, the machine provides an hourly water volume of 800 litres and 200 bar of working pressure when removing stubborn dirt. An integrated 30-litre fuel tank allows the pressure cleaner to be used for long periods of time. Tried-and-tested safety technology, comprising a thermo and safety valve, water filter, exhaust temperature monitoring and Soft Damping System (SDS), reliably protects all important components, while a robust tubular steel frame protects the machine against external damage. Powerful, heated HDS 1000 Be high-pressure cleaner for tough, continuous use wherever there is no power connection available. The robust Honda petrol engine with convenient electric start and automatic speed reduction during work breaks ensures maximum independence, and the sturdy frame which protects the components is designed for crane and forklift loading. All components are made from high-quality materials. The high-pressure pump, for example, is equipped with a brass cylinder head, stainless steel valves and chrome-nickel-coated stainless steel pistons.
